Orders are typically fulfilled within 24 hours after purchasing.
Please allow, on average, 3-5 business days for delivery. Transit times vary throughout the year depending on a number of factors (cancelled flights, staffing shortages, weather, holidays, etc). Please note: We would like to give your pet's sample enough time to be received and scanned into our lab. Sometimes USPS marks packages as delivered before they actually arrive. If it’s simply a USPS error, the package will be delivered within the next 2 business days. When this is the case, we will get back to you within the next 48 hours via email.
