Create an account anytime at MySimplePetLab.com. First, sign in (top menu bar) to create a username and password, then fill out required information.
We collect the least amount of Personal Information necessary to provide the MySimplePetLab service. Then add a pet (or multiple pets) and/or activate a test.
An account must be set up in order to activate a test. Having trouble? Chat with customer support at MySimplePetLab.com during normal business hours, email [email protected], or call 1-833-PET-TEST (1-833-738-8378).
Note that any personally identifiable information provided is subject to the MySimplePetLab Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is part of and incorporated into the MySimplePetLab Terms & Conditions.
